RV Rental Prices & Policies
RV Rentals are $320 per day (5 day minimum)
Weekly Rental Package ( 7 nights minimum) $2200.00
Includes 1999 22ft. Class C Motorhome, Sleeps up to 4 /Airport Pickup / Scenic Itinerary planning / All park registration fees and permits (up to 4 persons) / Complete accommodations package (linens, grill, chairs, galley, etc.) Activities rentals packages / Our motorhomes are the Tioga by Fleetwood for comfort and privacy. Last night provided at the Royal Kona Resort by the sea.

- Reservation cancellation deposit refund policy states the following:
- $150.00 of the $500.00 deposit is non-refundable.
- Remainder of the deposit will be sent to you only with a written cancellation notice 60 days prior to your arrival date.
- Island RV includes 300 miles. After that there is a 20-cent per mile charge.
- Renters' Insurance liability of $5,500.00 deposit is required, for the cover of our Insurance Deductible. Also Island RV requires an insurance binder sent from your Insurance Company stating that our Motor home is covered through your existing policy for the full replacement value of the Motor home. This $5500.00 deductible must be secured by Island RV in the form of a hold on your credit card account for $5500.00, to be released after full inspection of the Motor home and all incurred expenses have been paid after your return. Any charges will be refunded by your insurance company at settlement of any claims.
Our Motor homes are NOT FOR OFF ROAD USE…Island RV has strictly
enforced rules and fines pertaining to roads that are OFF LIMITS due to low
obstruction and single lane roads and bridges that will not handle the size and
weight of our vehicles. Hawaii law states that you must be in a designated
overnight campsite.
Please allow 2 hours when arriving for Motor home and
Island Orientation.
Island RV's hours of operation are from 9:00am to 5:00pm,
7 days a week. If you do not arrive or depart, within our hours of our daily
operation…. There may be a supplementary charge.
Campsite Availability

We will provide the following items for 4
passengers:
We limit no more than 4 adults per vehicle. $100 per additional
person per week up to a maximum of 6.
We will provide the following
for your overnight stay:
• Towels • Gas BBQ
• Pillows • Outside table
•
Blankets • 2 Lawn chairs
• Sheets • 2 Stools
• Kitchen Items
We supply an appropriate number of towels, sheets,
pillows and blankets per passenger.
Please do not remove our
household/camping items. You will be charged any items removed. These are for
your use…and the use of our many Campers.
Please do not use the white towels for clean up. We will
provide the appropriate linens for that type of use. If the White Towels are
used, and come back stained…we will need to charge you $10.00 a Towel. We have a
NO SMOKING policy for the inside of the Motor homes; there will be a $200.00
charge to shampoo the interior if you smoke in your rented motor home.
Motor
homes must be returned in the same clean condition as you received it or there
will be a $52.00 per hour cleaning charge.

ALL RENTAL ACTIVITY ITEMS CAN BE PREORDERED AND IN YOUR MOTORHOME UPON YOUR ARRIVAL.
CAMPSITES FILLUP FAST SO REGISTER NOW TO ENSURE YOUR VACATION DATES ARE AVALABLE.
A Deposit of $500.00 + tax is required to reserve your Motorhome, camping permits and reservations. Any cancellations must be in writing 60 days prior to your arrival for refund. There is a $150 nonrefundable fee for registration. Deposit must be made by credit card or money order only. All security deposits for Motorhome and activities rentals must be by credit card only at time of arrival.
